Things to Do

The sights start just
steps from your front door

At Lang House, you don’t have to go far to find things to do or see. Right next door you’ll find one of the best-preserved examples of work by a legend of American architecture, Frank Lloyd Wright. Only blocks away you can stand at the shore of one of the world’s largest sources of fresh water, an inland ocean, Lake Michigan. The list goes on, expanding northward to Evanston and Northwestern University and south to Loyola University. Conveniently located on the north side of Chicago, you can catch a quick train into the city, see a baseball game at Wrigley Field or visit one of the many world-famous museums.

This list of things to do will get you started in your Lang House surroundings. If we can help you navigate your way into the city with recommendations or tips, please just ask.
